"Is any Gozo holiday accommodation more appropriately named? Dream Hamlet is (sort of) 2 Gozo holiday homes rolled into one which makes it perfect for large family get-togethers. Scale is the first thing that hits you about this place. There are 3(!) pools. One is an indoor splash pool with Jacuzzi; the other two are outdoors so if one pool is getting a bit raucous you can decamp to the other and splash around in peace. Vast vaulted ceilings that span the dining area and living space. Even the individual sandstone blocks that form every column wall and arch are massive.

The year-round appeal is the other thing I love about Dream Hamlet. Visit in summer and chances are you’ll only leave the pool terrace for the occasional break from the sun. From BBQ to dining table to distant ocean views almost everything you could possibly want for a relaxing day is here.

Yet when winter adds a slight nip to the air, you’ll find 2 log fires, underfloor heating and an indoor heated jacuzzi pool that make Dream Hamlet a wonderful retreat.

Ground floor:

You’d expect the living space to be generously proportioned in a Gozo holiday villa built for 14, but even so, Dream Hamlet is holiday accommodation on a grand scale. The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with two tables so the entire household can sit down for dinner together and a lounge.

There are multiple entertainment options. Guests can enjoy 4 TVs with a full list of channels, table tennis, 2 cosy fireplaces for cooler evenings, and a games console - all welcome summer escapes if the sun gets a bit much.

A glass wall separates the living area from the indoor Jacuzzi splash pool, while large windows let lots of natural light into the living area.

There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

All of Dream Hamlet’s spacious 7 bedrooms are en-suite and are split between the ground and first floors. 3 Bedrooms have double beds. The other 4 bedrooms have twin beds, but you can have these arranged as doubles if you prefer.

Each bedroom is wonderfully welcoming, so you may find yourself choosing rooms based on the views from their patio doors, balconies and terraces!

The farmhouse has 9 bathrooms, including 6 with showers, 1 with a bath, and 2 individual toilets.

Outdoors:

The villa has an impressive suite of amenities, including 2 private 7.5 x 3.2 metre swimming pools. We think you’ll find it hard to tear your eyes away from the magnificent countryside beyond the villa wall and the glorious sunsets.

Outdoor lovers will enjoy the garden with barbecue facilities and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. The balcony offers breathtaking views.

Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site communal gym, community sauna located outside the property and shared between the cluster of 4 villas.
