"This newly built holiday home is complete with wonderfully unique and traditional Gozitan features. Tucked in an alleyway on a quiet road, this house of charm and character, is one of a cluster of 4 fine properties, each having its own entrance, private pool, and stone BBQ area.
You get an immediate feel for Salvu's charm as you open the door of this Gozo holiday home. Immediately my eyes were drawn to the most prominent feature limestone archway that defines the beginning of the lounge looking out onto the pool terrace. Just charming. Oak beams add character throughout. Light from the pool terrace draws you to the rear of the farmhouse where terrace doors fold back to make the outdoors an integral part of the home.
Ta Salvu is a Gozo holiday home full of rustic charm and makes a perfect spot for a relaxing Gozo break". Jules
Through the front door, you will step into what is best described as a galley-style long kitchen and dining area. Beyond this and looking out toward the spacious pool and terrace, is a cosy lounge for relaxation.
At ground floor level, you will find 2 bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds. One bedroom is ensuite whilst the other has use of a family bathroom, handy for the pool.
You will find three spacious bedrooms here, all ensuite.
Bedroom 3 has 3 Single beds and an ensuite shower room. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have Twin Beds with an ensuite shower room.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at the property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
Here is your haven for relaxing with a large pool - Dimensions 8 x 4 Meters. A lovely pool terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs. Seating and sun loungers for 8 guests make this a tranquil setting to enjoy a homemade feast, using the inbuild stone BBQ.
Xaghra is home to the Gantija Temples a unique prehistoric site and the oldest standing structures in the world. Together with the burial grounds nearby they’re a magnet for historians and archaeologists and a must-visit on your Gozo holiday.
