“Located in a most idyllic spot, the scope of this villa is immense, not to mention it’s meticulous attention to detail. Opening the pretty arched doorway we meet the private pool with an expansive terrace. Plenty of room for a group to enjoy the spoils of a relaxing day in the sunshine.

Inside the villa is a bold contemporaary statement. “Dressed to impress” for sure. We walk into an extensive bright open living space at the rear where we can’t possibly miss the blossoming picture. Glass terrace doors the length of the lounge showcase the beautiful countryside and scenes of nature. Fine dining with nature leaves little to the imagination.

The villas outside space is a haven to enjoy every aspect of this holiday home. Downstairs adjoining 2 bedrooms is large terrace that could fit another smal house under it.
Pretty gardens and shrubbery endulge this holiday home with a huge amount of house for your stay.

We are proudly informed by the owner, Ta Guza boasts 250 m2 of inside space with an impressive outside footprint of 530 m 2 .

Detailed Property Description

Ground floor:

Light from the terrace doors floods into the lounge making this a bright space. The lounge includes a large 65” TV and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is a lovely modern and integral feature adjoining the lounge and overlooking the pool terrace. It is well equipped for the keen home caterer.

The dining table makes has an integral presence with a great position overlooking the rear countryside through terrace doors. A pleasure at mealtimes.

A large utility room has all your gadgets with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hair dryer.

Bedrooms I and 2 can be found on the ground floor and both superbly finished with an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and particularly spacious, whilst Bedroom 2 has twin beds.

Lower Ground:

In the hall entrance you will find stairs that bring you to the other 2 bedrooms downstairs at Ta Guza. Both are spacious with twin beds and are elegantly joined by their own ensuite shower room.
Downstairs adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4, you will find a beautifully maintained garden and a 20m² terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. A wee paradise of its own to relax and idyll in the days sun.

Outdoors:

From the dining room, through glass doors, you find a spacious stone terrace with dining furniture and a custom-made awning. This is handy as it is adjustable to offer shade over the dining table.

There is a stone BBQ built in here, ideal for cooking up a lovely al fresco experience. The kitchen is easy to reach. Dine with nature here and enjoy the tranquil scene on this balcony terrace.

The pool and terrace are of generous size and will accommodate up to 10 sunbeds and an umbrella with ease.

And not forgetting the external stone steps down to the lower garden terrace with plenty of space and seating for a change of scenery. A pretty white wrought iron gate encloses this lower level and provides a country-style feature.
