Walking down the stone steps, we arrive in a dream oasis of palm trees and beautiful mature gardens, surrounding a huge deck and pool paradise. Panoramic views over the rocky coastline and blue Mediterranean waters beyond provide an idyllic picture frame for the array of garden colours. Fabulous scenery and big “wowcha “moment.

PROPERTY DETAIL

Ground floor:

Stone steps lead down to the entrance deck with a large private pool, a countryside vista and the Mediterranean beyond. There is a private single car port here.

The white terrace doors open into a large living space of limestone character. Under a pretty stone archway, is a modern kitchen has every amenity for your self-catering holiday. An integral dining room with table to seat 8 guests and family room with flat screen TV and sofa, provide home comfort.

You will find Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with double bed. A bathroom with shower is also found here with a separate washing machine.

First floor:

Limestone steps take you to the first floor with a comfortable reading or study area to relax and unwind.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

Bedroom 3 is bright and airy with white painted arched wooden doors that open onto a balcony. There is a double bed with ensuite shower room.

There is a separate family bathroom on this floor.

A terrace can also be enjoyed here.

A sun lounging area surrounds the large pool of size 9.5m X 5m with terrace and sun
beds for relaxation.

Beyond the pool toward the front of Nirvana you will enjoy an expansive decking and terrace area with a 5-seater outdoor sofa and parasol. Adjacent is a 6-seater outdoor dining table with chairs and a charcoal grill for cooking al fresco. A second parasol provides additional cover for the hotter weather.
