Describing One Fifty Farmhouse cannot possibly justify its extravagant charm and character. A unique find, as we discover through the red front door. In the hall, we experience a sharp intake of breath. The picture is just reams of beautiful interwoven limestone archways that just seem to flow as carved by nature. Their presence defines the beauty of the whole house with a light magical air.

Spacious lounge areas on either side of the hall are magnified by light from an internal courtyard ahead. This is bright and airy thanks to its glass roof ceiling.

From the lounge, a small number of limestone steps will charm you into the dining area fully lit by glass arched doors to the pool and garden. The kitchen adjacent, is superbly finished with state-of-the-art equipment and a central breakfast bar. Full-length glass windows embrace the kitchen with peace and tranquility, mirrored from outside. A private pool with lovely garden terrace promises hours of relaxation.
Its hard to express the sheer beauty and harmony of this genuine farmhouse.

PROPERTY DETAIL

Ground Floor:

The entrance leads into an open hallway. A limestone arch to your right provides a spacious family lounge with TV and a sofa bed. A guest bathroom can be found adjacent.

Opposite is a second living space with 2 three-seater sofas an open fireplace for cooler months.

Four elegant stone steps led up to a brightly lit dining room with 6-seater dining table.

Flowing from these interwoven limestone features, you will find an internal courtyard streaming light throughout from a huge glass skylight.

Off this atrium, is the kitchen. Fully equipped and state of the art, it has every amenity to create culinary delights. A breakfast bar seating 6 provides centre stage.

A 19-litre water-keg dispenser is also found here.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a full ensuite bathroom and balcony (street facing).

Here you will find bedroom 4. It has a double bed, 2 wide windows with views, and a walk-in wardrobe. You will also find the laundry room here.
