“Walking into this holiday home, it immediately appeals with a bright, cosy, yet spacious atmosphere. Attention to the finer detail of this famuily home is evident. With a comfortable and contemporary finish, Solaris immediately feels like “home” where the use of space over three floors is cleverly planned.

As we head into the living space, we meet a splendid picture of countryside streaming through the window and kitchen terrace doors. Premium entertainment is provided by IPTV on a large flat screen. The dining table takes centre place and is accompanied by a small island positioned in front of the window with uninterrupted countryside views. A superior finished kitchen flows through to the pool and terrace outside. A lovely, tranquil spot to spend hours relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

The bedrooms are tastefully finished for comfort. The top floor double is more like an executive mini apartment, as I like to call it. The views are incredible from its roof terrace.

PROPERTY DETAIL

Ground Floor:

The hall has a small seating area with table. You will find bedroom 3 here with a double bed and balcony. There is a family bathroom adjacent and a small storage room.

Following the hall toward the rear of the house, you will find bright living area with L shaped settee opposite a large flat screen IPTV. A feature wood-burning stove is ideal for cooler months.

Open plan with views to the countryside, is a dining table with 8 chairs is accompanied by an island, 4 bar stools and picturesque views of Gozo’s pretty countryside, from the window.

Beyond the living and dining area is a bright spacious kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, 19 litre water-keg dispenser.

Glass patio doors open to the outside pool area and stream light and the fabulous countryside ambiance into the kitchen.

Lower Ground Floor

Venture down the spiral staircase to Solaris lower level, you will find a bright hall with 3-seater sofa which is also a sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 guests. There is a high table with 4 stools and an internal patio for relaxation.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds with a door to the yard.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds also, with door access to the same backyard.
A family shower room is available here for both bedrooms.

First Floor:

Head in the opposite direction from the ground floor to the first level, and you will find a mini apartment style layout.

Master bedroom 4 is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, dressing area. Patio doors open onto a large roof terrace with outdoor furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy fabulous panoramic countryside views.

On the same level is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors:

The private pool measures 10m x 4.5m with countryside views from a terrace of the same extended length.

The pool has 6 sun loungers and 2 Umbrellas. An 8-seater outdoor dining table is available with a gas BBQ and utilities.
