A novel find. To be accurate, our description should refer to Hygee an as apartment. But once inside, it feels more like a luxurious penthouse. Only difference beng Hygee’s location is at ground floor level (great for any guest with mobility challenges).

Opening the door we walk into a chic, contemporary and superbly furnished property. The lounge has a large L shaped settee with plasma TV. The owner is proud to inform us it has full satellite channels, video-on-demand and live sports streaming. Promises great entertainment when you need some shade from the sun.

All open plan, Hygee boasts every modern amenity and feels a cut above your expectations of a furnished villa. Each of the bedrooms are designed in boutique hotel style with attention to detail and comfort.

Venturing outside, we find a novel space and one we haven’t experienced so far. An extensive terrace that stretches from one end of the villa, starting with a jacuzzi, a lovely, seated lounge area with sunbeds. Combined, it makes a luxurious and comfortable outdoor experience.

In full view is a good-sized outdoor pool with terrace that instantly feels an integral part of the villa. This is a communal pool, private to several neighbouring residences and generally, a quiet environment for guests.

A fabulous and superbly finished boutique villa with many gismos to enjoy your Gozo holiday. Its unique lure is a tranquil state of the art home in a great location. Just a short walk into Xaghra village square. You have all these delights on one easy doorstep”. Jules


FARMHOUSE DESCRIPTION

Ground Floor:

The entrance brings you into a bright living space. A 6-seater sofa is positioned in front of a large TV with satellite channels, video-on-demand and live sports streaming.

Adjacent you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and spacious island with bar stools to enjoy views of the outside space.

An 8-seater dining table makes an impression within this open-plan home.

A family bathroom with shower is also available for here for guests.

Bedroom One has a king-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling door that leads to large terrace.

Bedroom Two also has a king-sized bed and a full en-suite with shower.

Bedroom Three, also with a king-sized bed, has en-suite with shower and access to a large internal courtyard.

Bedroom Four, with king-sized bed, has a floor-to-ceiling door that opens up to the private terrace. It also has a TV for Netflix use and full ensuite shower room.
