“Tucked in quiet alley in Ghasri just 2 minutes from Ta Pinu. So often we are surprised by homes on Gozo with an unassuminig front door but a hidden treasure behind. Our visit to Dionisia was on this level.

Ocean blue painted doors let us into the inner farmhouse entrance, landing in a bright living space. The light from terrace doors opposite filled the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Views from here are a delight.

The juliette balcony overlooks a generous sized pool surrounded by pretty shrubs, gardens to the rear with lovely island images beyond. Pretty and tranquil, on a generous scale we woudn’t have guessed possible from the front door!

A wide feature stone staircacse waltzed us down from the ground floor to the farmhouse pool with its “secret garden”.

The four bedrooms are also here with easy access to the the pool.

Furnishings are contemporary and stylish, blending perfectly with sunloungers and dining amenities. Ideal to enjoy a relaxing day at home.

PROPERTY DETAIL

Ground Floor:

This is a Family room with TV area and L-shaped sofa opposite.

The combined dining space has a 6-seater table with a fully equipped kitchen, adjacent.

There is a guest shower room on the ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor:

The feature stone staircase with wrought iron banisters brings you to the lower level with four bedrooms and outside space.

A wide sitting room area with sofa overlook the pool and gardens.

Bedroom One is the Master Bedroom with feature four poster double bed. There is a bathroom, with shower ensuite. This bedroom also enjoys a private patio door with direct access and views to the pool.

Bedroom Two is next door with double bed.

There is a family bathroom located off the living area for use by guests in bedrooms two and four.

To the rear right-hand side of this floor are several steps down to bedrooms three and four.

Bedroom 3 is found on the left with a double bed and en suite bathroom.
Travel in the opposite direction down a hallway to reach the final bedroom.

Bedroom 4 has two single beds, a window and private door leading to the pool. There is no bedroom door here but a partition for privacy. Ideal for a couple of children.

The large private pool is 10.5 m x 4 m

You will find 6 sun loungers beside the pool.

A 6-seater outdoor dining table is located here with use of a gas BBQ with utilities

The pool also benffits from a large parasol.Garden shrubs surround the pool and lower garde area.
