“In the scenic rural valley of Weid Sara, just outside Victoria, we arrive at Dar Sara’s blue front door. Images of the imposing Citadel are just behind us. Stepping inside, we immediately land in a vibrant and expansive open living space. The large lounge settee and flat-screen TV flow into an open-plan, top-notch kitchen with breakfast bar and stools to laze. Here you can relax, talk to the cook, or breathe in a harmonious atmosphere from the pool terrace. The dining area is a contemporary space and completes the relaxing scene.

It’s a kind of penthouse feel - fresh and modern, with attention to detail in design and superior comfort. Outside is an extension of the boutique style interior with complementary pool and dining furniture.

As we meander to the first floor, a wide landing space with settee makes a relaxing stop-off, with 3 double bedrooms leading off its concourse. All of Dar Sara’s bedrooms are chic. Each has a boutique style with double beds and a fully modern ensuite shower room.

PROPERTY IN DETAIL

Ground Floor:

Once entering the house, several wooden stairs will land you in the body of the “kirk” (as we say in Scotland).

An expansive living area with a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The lounge has a large flat-screen TV with complimentary worldwide TV channels, live streaming and Video-on-Demand. The floors are a superior wooden finish, continuous throughout the home.

Bedroom 1 is also located at ground level with an ensuite. For those who wish to enjoy living on one level without navigating stairs to the first floor, this is ideal.
There is also a guest toilet on this ground level.

A beautifully designed open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an island and bar stools for company and enjoyment. The adjacent dining area has a table and 8 chairs with terrace doors opening to a private pool deck.

First floor:

A further 3 double bedrooms are found on the first floor, reached by wide wooden stairs.
