Madonna Ta’ Pinu - by Jules

INTRODUCING MADONNA TA' PINU BY JULES

Oh my that view. If Ta’ Pinu church is one of the island’s finest sights then this Gozo holiday villa gives you the best seat in the house to view it from.

Madonna Ta’ Pinu takes a contemporary approach to Gozo holiday home design. It cleverly blends the local materials used to build the original farmhouse with new finishes stylings appliances and furnishings. The result is a house of distinct quality and modern comfort that still carries more than a flavour of traditional charm.

The living area is spacious and bright but you won’t be looking at that. You’ll be out on the terrace taking in the view of Gozo’s most famous church Ta Pinu Basilica. It’s visited by worshippers from all over the world. Most get to stay a while and admire its grandeur. You get to sit on your terrace and drink it in (along with a glass of wine) whenever you like.

Even better you get to absorb this pretty rural picture on three different levels. The ground floor terrace doors open out to the pool with its dining patio. Bedroom one on the first floor lets you take in the scene from the private terrace and glass balcony. But it is when you arrive on the second floor that you’re really hit by a ‘wowcha’ moment. I have to admit I had to try really hard to tear myself away.

Best view in all of Gozo? Seriously it’s right up there. JULES

Second floor

The second lounge is spacious and well furnished with a second flat screen TV and leather sofas that offer bags of room to spread out and create your own den.

In the corner of the second lounge are kitchen preparation units a sink and fridge.

This make al fresco dining on the second patio terrace an easy and attractive ‘must do’. And you’ll never have BBQd in a landscape like this…

Those picturesque valley scenes can be enjoyed from the sun deck with its dining furniture sun loungers and inviting pool. Ta’ Pinu Basilica and Ta’ Gurdan Lighthouse are the highlights of the peaceful rural view.
