"Ta Pippa is one of a cluster of five self-catering Gozo farmhouses that share a pool and pool terrace. That’s all you share though and one of the real highlights of Ta Pippa is the little private courtyard which overlooks the Ghasri valley. It’s an idyllic spot for relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.
Inside the low vaulted ceilings create a wonderful atmosphere. You can feel the rustic heritage and whilst the recent conversion has added lots of modern comfort. Staying at Ta Pippa feels like you’re staying in a real Gozo farmhouse.

Ground floor:
The open plan kitchen diner and living space are comfortable and well equipped. The living room is particularly lovely with its low stone arches adding real drama. In cooler months these and the wood burning fire make a cosy space even cosier.
First floor:
I can’t tell you how much I love the main bedroom here. The low vaulted ceiling leads to doors that open out onto the private terrace. There’s a double bed in here and there are twin beds (and some gorgeous classically Gozitan floor tiles) in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoors:
The lovely private courtyard at the back of Ta Pippa offers some great views of the Ghasri valley. From here you’ll also find a small path and a wee white gate leading to the shared terrace and pool. This is spacious with plenty of sun loungers to go round.
Ghasri Village
Ghasri is close to several good beaches including Dwerja Bay and former site of the stunning Azure Window. Lively Marsalforn Bay is to the north (Closest) and Ramla Bay the largest sandy beach on Gozo to the east.
The nearest supermarket to your Gozo farmhouse is just off Ghasri’s main square.
The nearest restaurants and bars are in Gharb where Salvinas is a popular choice as are Tatitas and Grazie Mille (formerly Jeffrey’s) in San Lawrenz. Victoria is close by (2.5km or 8 minutes by car) with its many restaurants cafes shops and bars.
There is also a direct bus service number 309 from neighbouring Zebbug to Victoria.
