Gozo's largest athletic event wants you.
The Gozo Half Marathon Organising Committee has announced the 41st edition of the Teamsport Gozo Half Marathon, which is being held on Sunday, 24 April.
The organisers of the Gozo Half Marathon call it, "by far the largest and longest standing athletic event in Gozo, attracting hundreds of local and foreign athletes."
There are races for all ages and abilities, so the whole family can take part and you don’t all have to be able to manage 13 miles. You can take part in the half marathon itself (13.1 miles) or in the 8 mile race. Children aged between 9 and 15 years can also take part in the 1.2 mile or 2.5 mile race, depending on their ages. There’s also a 1.2 mile (2 km) fun run open to all ages.
