"I love this house. The moment you walk through the door you fall under its seductive rustic spell. It is truly a unique period find with the tone and texture of local limestone a feature throughout.

Walking into the living area it’s impossible not to feel a strong connection to this building’s past. You can spot tell-tale signs of its previous life as a mill in the flowing arches and the other period features.

But the best Gozo holiday homes wear their history lightly as a starting point for something altogether more modern. Majsi is no different. Large windows and terrace doors give the living space lots of natural light. Modern comforts balance the period charisma. The end result is a Gozo holiday farmhouse with bags of personality. PROPERTY DETAILS

Ground floor:

What was once the mill room has become a spacious open plan lounge and dining area linked by limestone arches and naturally lit by arched windows and terraced doors. Through another arch you’ll find a well-equipped and spacious kitchen. Bedroom 1 with its double bed and en-suite facilities is also on the ground floor.

First floor:

You’ll find two en-suite bedrooms on this floor. One has a double bed; the other twin beds.


Second floor

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the second floor. One room has a double bed the other 3 single beds. Both bedrooms are en-suite.

Outdoors:

Step through the terrace doors of this Gozo holiday farmhouse and you’ll find yourself in a delightful and private outdoor space. Surrounding the pool are welcoming sunbeds a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture for days when eating indoors seems like a waste of glorious sunshine.
