Ground floor
The original stonework and fireplace make the integrated living and dining area a cosy space in which to enjoy the cable LCD TV DVD and Wi-Fi. The room overlooks the private pool and sundeck.
A separate kitchen lies off the living room. Its stone walls (retained in their original state) and traditional stone kitchen units give the room an authentically rustic charm.
In dramatic contrast to the traditional elements a wide modern glass staircase leads from the living area to the bedrooms upstairs. It’s a feature in itself.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 is another double room. Both share a separate bathroom off the hallway.
All bedrooms have picturesque views of the lovely evergreen valley of Lunzjata - a popular walking spot for locals.
Razzett Tuta in Kercem With a population of only 1,700 people Kercem’s peace and tranquillity are practically a given. The closest beaches are Xlendi Bay (3.4km away) and Dwejra Bay. The latter is where you’ll find the famous Azure Window.
The local bakery is 1 km away and the closest restaurant is La Stanza in Triq l-Imghallem although Kercem does have a number of snack bars.
Victoria is 2.3km away and easily reached via the no. 313 bus. The bus stop is 1km from the villa.
Parking is available outside the farmhouse.
