"You could label every part of this Gozo holiday home as ‘sweet’. From its white wooden entrance door to the bight limestone hallway. From the traditional arches to the homely Mediterranean feel Ta Kikka welcomes you the moment you arrive – and you won’t want to leave.
I loved the generous pool terrace and the external staircase that leads to both bedrooms on the upper level. And the white painted Mediterranean doors and windows give Ta Kikka a majestic feel inside and out.
The combined kitchen dining and living area nestle beneath limestone arches but there’s a balance of traditional and contemporary here not least from the cream painted kitchen with its feature island.
This Gozo holiday farmhouse is wonderfully located too: a grand find behind a small unassuming door on a quiet street in Xaghra. And with just 2 bedrooms it makes for a perfect Gozo holiday home for couples or small families". Jules

Xaghra
Xaghra’s village square has a range of cosmopolitan restaurants and a buzzing café atmosphere. It’s a great place for a hearty meal or a light snack and just as good for people watching. The square is a healthy 20 to 30 minute walk away from your Gozo holiday farmhouse or takes 6 minutes by car.
Gozo’s largest sandy beach Ramla Bay is 1.4 km from the farmhouse. If you enjoy a challenging walk you can be there in 30 minutes but be aware that the steep hill makes for a tough return journey. Take the car instead and you’ll be there in 6 minutes.
Xaghra is also within a short distance of the island’s main summer resort of Marsalforn with its excellent swimming spots restaurants bars and bustling summer crowds.
Ix-Xwejni Bay and Qbajjar Bay are both easily reached through Marsalforn or i|-ebbu!. The two shallow bays are right next to each other with small pebbly beaches and rocky stretches leading into clear blue water. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the bays’ excellent swimming and there’s good diving to be had especially for beginners. A few fishing boats are based here too and there are a couple of bars and restaurants on the sea front.
Available on street outside the farmhouse.
