"One thing that always amazes me when I visit our Gozo holiday villas is that for a small island an awful lot of our homes come with big views and lots of land.
Villa Pergola is a perfect example sitting in 5 acres of Pergola Valley loveliness. I took the opportunity to wander a little way from the house and even when the pool and terrace are being noisily enjoyed you wouldn’t have to go far to find peace and the sounds of nothing but buzzing bees and a gentle sea breeze" - Jules.
Then there’s that view. Ghajn Barrani Bay and the Mediterranean beyond is easily visible from the pool terrace. And it’s on the terrace that Villa Pergola really comes to life. Loads of space a big pool with Jacuzzi BBQ and lots of space to sit lay lounge or dine. It would be a shame to miss out on all the island has to offer but if you were to spend a week doing nothing but enjoying your Gozo holiday villa I could quite understand why.
Inside things are just as spacious and well thought out - and all on one level. Villa Pergola is a wonderful Gozo holiday home for any large family or party but if one of you is likely to struggle with stairs this really is one worth considering". Jules
With every room on the ground floor Villa Pergola is a great choice for anyone with mobility issues.
The large kitchen/dining/lounge area typifies Villa Pergola’s communal feel with its well-equipped kitchen sitting next to a dining table with room for 12 and two sofas beyond with views out onto the pool terrace.
There’s also a small gym and a family bathroom completing this floor.
Each of the 6 bedrooms is en-suite. 2 have double beds 4 have twins.
The large pool with its Jacuzzi is the focal point of Villa Pergola’s huge outdoor space which is fringed by palms and olive trees. Around the pool sits a range of loungers and dining tables and chairs. There’s a BBQ and outdoor kitchen with burners and fridge too meaning you can practically live outdoors". Jules
It’s well-lit in the evenings too…
This villa has some steps
The nearest restaurant to your Gozo holiday home is just a 10 minute stroll away and there’s much more choice if you take the 10 minute drive to Xaghra’s village square. If you can tear yourself away from Villa Pergola’s outdoor space it’s a great spot for good food.
Ramla Bay one of Gozo’s very best beaches is just a 15 minute drive away.
Ix-Xwejni Bay and Qbajjar Bay are both just a few minutes away too and are great places for swimming fishing boating and diving.
Xaghra is also home incredible history. The Ggantija Temples the oldest standing structures in the world are an essential visit. You can find more about them on our Archaeology & Temples in Gozo pages Catch service 322 for Victoria and other villages.
