“Entering the front door, into a bright and airy hallway, a staircase leads to the elevated ground floor. Here you will discover the combined open-plan living space with its many home comforts.
This space is well-lit throughout with sunshine streaming through doors from the private pool terrace. The seated dining table joins a relaxing lounge with a flat-screen TV and features a wood burning stove. This makes Veduta a great opportunity to enjoy the (slightly) cooler winter months.
Venturing by stairs to the first floor, you will find two of the three bedrooms with access to a shared terrace. This has stunning clear views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Elevated Ground floor:
Modern furnishings provide a comfortable living space with feature wooden ceiling beams throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and compliments the lounge whilst being handy for self-catering outside on the pool terrace.
The dining area also makes the combined living space ideal for a family holiday or holiday home for a small group.
You will find bedroom 1 on this floor with single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The beds are flexible to be double or single to suit guest preferences.
A stone staircase leads you to the first floor with an additional 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is ensuite. One of the bedrooms enjoys a balcony over the pool and both share a private terrace to enjoy fabulous sea views.
Please note, this house is not suitable for those with mobility issues as the accommodation is only accessible by stairs.

All rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning units operated by an electronic coin box on a pay-as-you-use basis (€1 & €2 coins). A screen displays the credit remaining with each AC unit consuming approximately € 2 per night.
Prices exclude the Malta Eco Tax – a requirement by Maltese law to be collected from all guests on arrival. This applies to those aged 18 and over and consists of €0.50c per person for each night’s stay, to a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid in Euro currency only and will be collected by the owner on check-in.

The outside benefits from a private L-shaped pool with integral steps into it. Distant sea views provide a stunning backdrop.
The outdoor space is well-furnished with comfortable sunbeds and dining furniture. A BBQ is on hand outside and will play a key part in your Gozo holiday.

Qala
Qala can be found on the easternmost edge of the Island. The name meaning 'port' most likely refers to the bay nearby and popular swimming area of Hondoq ir-Rummien. Stunning views across the sea to Malta and the tiny Island of Comino are a treat – best seen from the small courtyard of the church Il-Maddonna tal-Blat (Saint Mary of the Rocks). The ancient history of this settlement which dates back to the earliest time is also worthy of note (though the present settlement dates back to around the 1650s). Legend has it that the little church here was deliberately built facing neighbouring Island Comino enabling Comino's inhabitants to follow Holy Mass from across the sea if the seas were too rough for a priest to cross to them.
As for Qala's shoreline aside from a few sheltered inlets (like Hondoq Ir-Rummien) the coast is largely rocky with several interesting caves. The prettiest of these is Ghar Minka which can only be accessed by boat. Qala Village Square has developed into a little haven of restaurants and bars that seems to extend every year. it has quite a lively local atmosphere - laid back of course.

Hondoq Ir-Rummien beach is 1.2km, popular for swimming and water sports. This may only be a 22 mins walk from Veduta, for those who enjoy walking. However, the steep hill down has its challenges on the way back.
The nearest bus stop is 50 meters away from Veduta. Bus No. 303 with a service every hour.
Victoria City is located 9km away or 14 minutes by car.
