“ Our approach was colourful as we walked down a courtyard from the side road. The outside apertures are painted a striking Mediterranean red in contrast to its next-door neighbour, Inni (deep daffodil yellow). Again, this was reflective of the bright and contemporary farmhouse beyond.

Inside Kenns' front door, hints of original farmhouse character from limestone features combine with a modern finish to give you a hospitable feeling from first impression.

Here, the ambiance becomes real in its most explicit form. Light and stunning panoramic images of the island beyond the seamless infinity pool ignite. Stretching to St Lawrenz, the only interruption is a glass panel across the terrace. Hardly an interference!

The pool terrace provides one of the most tranquil spots to experience a sense of peace at this holiday home.

Privacy, independence, elegance and breathtaking views will leave you in awe. An all-natural, traditional house of character perfectly blends its surrounding environment with comfortable, stylish amenities.

Kenn is a great family home to enjoy the rich texture of Gozo.

PROPERTY DETAIL

Ground Floor:

Once inside the entrance, you will find Bedroom One, left side of the hall, with a double bed.

A family bathroom with a shower is opposite.

Further down the hall is the lounge with flat screen TV and a corner sofa.

This is complemented by the dining room opposite with a table to seat 8 guests.

A fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer is adjacent and open plan. It also has the benefit of an air conditioning unit.

A water Keg dispenser is also included here.

First Floor:

Arriving on the first floor you find Bedroom Two with a double bed, a full ensuite shower room, and balcony overlooking pool and splendid views.

Bedroom Three has a double bed, a window overlooking the pool with views. A cot is also available for 8 guests with a baby.

Bedroom Four has twin beds and a balcony.

A family bathroom is located here for use by guests in Bedrooms 3 and 4.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine.

Outdoors:

A private infinity pool measuring 3.5 m x 6.5 m with spacious terrace.

An 8-seater outdoor dining table accompanies the sun loungers.

An umbrella provides shade when required, and a BBQ with all necessary utilities makes for a great outdoor dining occasion.
