“From the main Marsalforn Road is a discreet alley and almost a “wee” hideaway. Venture to the bottom of this alley and, heading right, we pass several bright limestone-fronted houses. Casa Elana is at the end ( I love the fact it is a private spot, away from the main road).

Through the front door, a brightly lit and spacious reception meets us, streaming from beyond. There is a light and airy feel, heading into a vibrant open space. Two large settees are entertained by a large plasma TV. I must admit, the quality of sound from the music playing really suits the modern upbeat feel and finish of this house. An open kitchen with island and bar stools adds a cosmopolitan touch to the dining space. Doors slide open onto a large terrace, private pool and garden. Modern, stylish and comfortable furniture complement the pool.

If you are a creature of comfort and love to indulge, you will instantly feel at home as you discover Casa Elana over three levels. Each bedroom feels like part of a mini boutique, executive hotel.

PROPERTY IN DETAIL

Ground Floor:

Once entering the house, you will find a large, spacious hall.

Bedroom 1 is immediately on the left. It is spacious with a double bed.
Immediately after, you will find steps leading to the underground garage, which will accommodate up to 6 cars. The garage can also be accessed from street level.

Before the large open plan living space is a family bathroom with shower, suitable for all guests.

The lounge area has two 3-seater settees and a one-seater. The large flat-screen TV has complimentary worldwide TV channels, live streaming and Video-on-Demand.
A beautifully designed open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an island and bar stools for company and enjoyment. The adjacent dining area has a table and 10 chairs and opens onto an expansive private pool deck.

First floor:

Limestone stairs take you to the first floor with elegant lighting on each stair.

On this floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and full shower room ensuite. It also comes with a balcony overlooking the quiet street (as it's private and set back from the main road)
