"Location matters whatever home you’re looking for – even if it’s just a home for a week or two. Wied Sara is perfectly placed: a fabulous rural location yet close to Victoria.
Nowhere is the prime location more evident than from the pool terrace where countryside views surround you and the Citadel of Victoria adds the dramatic focal point.
Yet the views and location aren’t all that Wied Sara has up its sleeve. This 200 year old Gozo farmhouse has been superbly renovated preserving the original charm and character whilst adding a wealth of home comforts.
When we first visited we parked in the small covered driveway. On stepping through the front door we immediately found ourselves beneath the honey hued stone arched ceilings of the cosy farmhouse kitchen.
The rustic feel continues throughout from dining area to the bright lounge where terrace doors open onto a picturesque pool terrace. Wied Sara really is a cosy hidden gem". Jules
